As a 5 adult family on our first trip to Dubai we liked the location of the hotel as a base especially being able to use the metro to visit all the sights. All facilities were great. We also loved the fragrant smell throughout the complex!
Excellent location , comfortable size rooms
The location of is perfect very central. It feels like a home away from home. The rooms are very well thought out and the lay out makes sense Rooms are sound proof and comfortable. Cleaning staff is amazing Danshukhbhai and Tek did such a wonderful job !

EVERYTHING!!! This is definitely my hotel of choice in Dubai. The facilities are amazing, the staff (with caveat on Executive Lounge - see my comment on what i didnt like - but everything else made up for it) are fantastic and very friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and cleaned twice a day (morning and 7pm) - this coming from someone with OCD - yes, they are "hospital-grade" clean! Oh and, location, location, location...you walk into the mall of emirates directly from the hotel...no need to struggle with shopping bags..hands free can deliver to the hotel, concierge and bell boys are great and always willing to help even when your feeling alittle guilty..everyone is so nice and just always say a simple hullo and take the chance to find out if all is ok or if you need anything (that personal touch and genuine caring makes a world of difference, even on bad days - they manage to bring a smile to your face) its great for business, great for leisure/vacation- solo and family travel works well here, all ages - so its good for all...managers and staff are approachable and very responsive to make things happen and your stay better, ladies in red check in to see if you are ok, it feels like a home away from home....it has it all...I love it all!
From the moment I set foot in the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, my experience was nothing short of spectacular. The grandeur of the hotel, paired with its seamless blend into the vast offerings of the Mall of the Emirates, set the stage for what was an unforgettable stay in Dubai. The highlight of my visit, however, was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. Checking in was a breeze, thanks to Basma at the reception. Her warmth and professionalism instantly made me feel welcomed, as if I were stepping into a luxurious home away from home. This sentiment was further amplified by Mr. Hazim, the duty manager at the time, whose assistance and attentiveness were unparalleled. Both Basma and Mr. Hazim went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect in every way. Initially, the room I checked into wasnt to my liking. When I voiced my concerns, the response was swift and generous. With a minimal additional charge, they upgraded me to a superior room that exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, understanding my need for a quiet space, they took special care to allocate the quietest room in the hotel for me. This level of dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. Beyond the exemplary service, the hotel itself is a haven of luxury.
